Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are an agreement between Easy Pie Digital Ltd, a company registered under the laws of Bulgaria with company ID 206081317, having its registered office at Solun 64B Str., Sofia 1680, Bulgaria (“Easy Pie Digital”, “we”, “us”), and you, the person or business that creates an account on the Lesno platform (“you”). They govern your access to and use of Lesno at lesno.host (the “Platform”).

1. What Lesno is

Lesno rebuilds existing websites as fast, static websites, hosts them, and lets you request changes to them. The service has three parts:

• a one-time rebuild of your existing website (a “Migration”);
• a monthly hosting subscription (“Hosting”); and
• changes to your website (“Edits”), with routine Edits included in your plan.

2. Your account

You agree to provide accurate identification and contact details, to keep your sign-in credentials confidential, and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

3. Your website, your authority, your ownership

You may only submit a website that you own or are expressly authorized to act for. We verify ownership before migrating, and by ordering a Migration you warrant that you have this authority. Because we copy and rebuild the website’s content and design in reliance on that warranty, you will compensate us for claims arising from it being false.

Your content remains yours. The rebuilt website’s source code is yours too: you may request an export (as an archive or a repository transfer) at any time, free of charge. We keep a copy for as long as we provide the services.

Your domain stays registered to you, at your registrar. We never take ownership of a domain. Going live changes only the DNS records that point the website itself, and we do not touch records unrelated to the website — such as your email.

4. Migrations

Every Migration is quoted as a fixed price before you pay. After payment we rebuild the website and deliver a private preview alongside your current site. Adjustments at the preview stage are included in the Migration price. Nothing replaces your live website until you approve the preview; before the switch we verify redirects and the sitemap so search engines follow the site to its new home.

5. Edits

Routine Edits are included in your Lesno plan. Broad redesigns, integrations, e-commerce, custom functionality, content creation, and other project-sized work are outside routine Edit scope and may require a separate agreement.

• An Edit only goes live on your website after you accept it. Undoing a previously accepted change is included.
• Edits may be performed using automated (AI) tooling operating under our supervision. Requests or changes that require closer review are handled by a person.
• Reasonable rate limits apply to Edit submissions.

6. Hosting

Your Lesno plan includes hosting, SSL, content delivery, monitoring, ongoing care, and routine Edits. During the pilot, plan billing is arranged directly with us. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.

7. Cancellation, and what happens to your website

If your Hosting subscription ends or lapses, your website stays live for a grace period of 60 days. Editing remains available during the grace period and is disabled after it. After the grace period we may take the website offline. Export of your website’s code remains available throughout and after — we will never withhold your website.

8. Fees and taxes

Plan and Migration fees are agreed before you pay. Displayed prices include VAT where applicable. Routine Edits do not carry a separate usage fee while they are included in your plan.

If you contract with us as a consumer in the EU, you may have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. By asking us to begin work (a Migration or an Edit) within that period, you consent to performance beginning immediately and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal lapses once the service is fully performed.

9. Acceptable use

You may not use the Platform to publish or request content that is illegal, deceptive, or infringes the rights of others, nor attempt to compromise the security or operation of the Platform or of anyone else’s systems. We may refuse or reverse an Edit, and may suspend or terminate your access, for material violations of these Terms.

10. Availability and support

We provide the services with reasonable skill and care. Your rebuilt website is served as static pages on reputable infrastructure and is designed to be resilient, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website or the Platform. Support is provided by email at hello@easypiedigital.com.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with the services is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for intent or gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited by law. Mandatory consumer protections are unaffected.

12. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to maintain the confidentiality of the other party’s confidential information and not to disclose it to third parties without prior written consent. This obligation survives the end of this agreement for five years.

13. Data protection

Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal data. For personal data contained in your website or relating to its visitors, you are the data controller and we act as a processor on your documented instructions, in accordance with GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679). A data processing agreement is available on request.

14. Changes to the service or these Terms

We may update the Platform and these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in the Platform at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the services after that date constitutes acceptance; if you do not agree, you may cancel as described in section 7.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Sofia, Bulgaria. If you are a consumer in the EU, you also retain the protections and venue rights granted by the mandatory law of your country of residence.

16. General

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us concerning their subject matter. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control. You may not assign this agreement without our consent; we may assign it to an affiliate or successor.
